Mobile Incident Command Unit

ATEC has two Mobile Incident Command Units that are fully equipped for any Type 1, 2, or 3 Incident. They are turn key solutions fully self contained with rest rooms, sleeping areas, kitchens, generators, satellite communications, radio suites, computers and software for handling any type of incident or event.

MICU 1 is a 32 foot self-contained (TAG) trailer that contains a full incident command workshop for operating at Type 1, 2, and 3 incidents. It can be delivered to any incident site in the eastern United States within 24 hours notice. The unit is environmentally controlled with heat and air conditioning, contains a full kitchen, sleeping accommodations for the crew, as well as rest room and shower. The command section has satellite TV and communications, cell phone repeaters, VOIP phones, and on-site radio communications. The unit contains water, fuel and supplies for 120 hours of continuous operations without servicing. Additionally, it can be serviced on-site for continuous uninterrupted operations indefinitely. Incident management is accomplished through a computer suite with incident management software, and full publication capability for printing of Incident Action Plans.

MICU 2 is a 42 foot self-contained (Goose Neck) trailer that contains a full incident command workshop for operating at Type 1, 2, and 3 incidents. It can be delivered to any event or incident site in the eastern United States within 24 hours notice. The unit is environmentally controlled with heat and air conditioning, contains a limited kitchen, separate sleeping accommodations for the crew, as well as rest room and shower. The command section has satellite TV and communications, cell phone repeaters, VOIP phones, and on-site radio communications. It is powered by a 12 kw diesel generator that powers all equipment and air conditioners as well as supplies surplus power externally. The unit contains water, fuel and supplies for 120 hours of continuous operations without servicing. Additionally, it can be serviced on-site for continuous uninterrupted operations indefinitely. Incident management is accomplished through a computer suite with incident management software, and full publication capability for printing of Incident Action Plans.
